Local Area Plan predominantly focuses on redevelopment of already developed/ brownfield urban areas where there is a demand for redevelopment. It focuses on: • Expansion of the existing street network • Ensuring new construction is compliant with building regulations • Enabling infrastructure enhancements that can be upgraded in the future
