Video Transcript: Speaker 1: We have created a medium for everything. WhatsApp is very popular because you know more than I think four million people are using WhatsApp. The downloads of the mobile app are very less in number because there is a mobile app available for every single thing and my phone is just full of apps. But if I get that facility on WhatsApp then something as simple as raising a complaint, then I don’t have to go through the whole process of having an app, logging in, and putting in an OTP. It is better if on WhatsApp the number is available and I just write a message and send it. On that we have an add on of filling your property tax if your demand is already generated. You just click on it and it will take you and if you think everything is fine and my bill should be this much only, then you can go and fill. Speaker 2: We have added SMS gateways and payment gateways. From a state level we do a configuration that these are the ULBs we need to generate demand for. For all those property IDs, if the demand is not generated then those ULBs get a message. Integrations with those gateways have helped us a lot because banks are also interested in doing some integration with this software. We are able to get a complete transaction from the citizen account to ULB account in a proper way. I have scheduled re-demand generation of Amritsar and overnight we have received 2.5 lakhs online only. Which were in thousands only before this. Speaker 3: We now want to integrate our services with even you know GIS platforms. So we are working, you know, with the possibility and towards the direction of integrating maybe the property tax and other areas that are due to us with the GIS mapping of the property. So we have a very good base now and it is definitely a time for us to, you know, get launched from here and reach and achieve greater heights.
