    As cities grow, the way we plan and design them directly impacts affordability, accessibility, and quality of life. Urban planning should prioritize people-centered housing, walkable neighborhoods, access to public transit, green spaces, and mixed-income developments.

    We don’t need more luxury high-rises that sit half-empty.

    We need housing that works for everyone — young workers, families, seniors, and those experiencing homelessness. Equitable urban planning means rethinking zoning laws, investing in public infrastructure, and putting community voices at the center of development.

    Because the right to the city should belong to everyone, not just the few who can afford it.
